Saara Vuola [sarah voilà!] 

i'm Saara, Finnish photographer and director based in a small village in Central Italy. i grew up in Switzerland and Finland, and have now found home in Italy, spending most of my year here and parts in Helsinki, where my family lives and where i run a ceramics studio too.

i'm most drawn towards authencity and anything that's a little bit outside of the box. i love meeting new people and sharing a laugh with a stranger.
in my work i value artistic ambition and creating genuine relationships and unforgettable memories with my clients and collaborators.

i specialize in turning love stories and destination weddings in Italy & Europe into films and visual poems.

i came to weddings 5+ years ago from a background of corporate shoots and ads, directing shot films and years of developing my own, artistic voice and style. authencity is the key to all my work, inside out: both in my visual style, the candid moments and natural colors i see, in my craft (my photography, even though mostly digital, is as handcrafted as you can get) but also in how i connect with people: i want to build true trust and connection with couples and your guests, by being my relaxed self.
